1. Return Policy Overview
At Zeenatshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Intimate wear (sports bras, compression shorts, underwear)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Gift cards
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at support@Zeenatshop.pk or call +92 300 1234567
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package
- Ship the item to our return address provided in the return authorization email
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong item shipped
- Significant deviation from product description
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (JazzCash or Easypaisa)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Indicate the preferred replacement item in your return request
- Subject to availability, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received
- If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
- If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the difference
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for free return shipping
- You may choose a full refund or replacement
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel:
- Contact us immediately at support@Zeenatshop.pk
- Provide your order number
- If the order has not been processed, we will cancel and refund within 24-48 hours
- If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your JazzCash or Easypaisa account transaction history
- Contact your mobile wallet provider as processing times may vary
- If still not received, contact us at support@Zeenatshop.pk
11. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with promotional codes may only be refunded at the sale price. Some sale items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
